At Our Tool Crib, we keep shipping straightforward. Whether you’re stocking a shop, restocking a job site, or picking up a single tool, here’s what to expect from the time you place your order to the time it lands at your door.

Free Shipping

Orders of $99 or more ship free to any address within the contiguous United States. No code needed — the discount applies automatically at checkout. Orders under $99 are subject to standard shipping rates, which are calculated and displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Processing happens Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays are picked up on the next business day. Final shipping options and estimated costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Use it to follow your package from our warehouse to your door. If you haven’t received a tracking update within 2 business days of your order confirmation, check your spam folder first, then reach out to our team at Contact Us.

Large and Heavy Items

Some items in our catalog — floor jacks, shop presses, large compressors, and similar equipment — may require freight or specialty shipping due to their size or weight. Standard shipping rates do not apply to these orders. If you’re purchasing a large or heavy item and have questions about delivery, contact us before placing your order and we’ll get you an accurate freight quote.
