• 3M OEM Match Sprayable Tips help technicians replicate the appearance of sprayed-on OEM seam sealers that were robotically applied at the factory. Available in two styles, they fit a wide variety of 1-part and 2-part sprayable seam sealers. These tips help replicate the factory appearance of many robotically-applied, spray-on OEM seam sealer beads using 1K and 2K 3M seam sealer products.Works on areas including body seams, floor pans, wheel arches, engine compartments as well as trunk and cargo areas.These tips attach directly to seam sealer packaging, pneumatic applicators, or compatible 3M square-barreled nozzles.Allows technicians to control bead shape and texture by adjusting the air pressure to the applicator and the material flow rate.The tips are capable of spraying a variety of products with varying chemistries and viscosities.Works with 3M OEM Match Sprayable Air Supply Kit 33999, which can convert many traditional applicators to allow spray application.Available in two styles, the 1K version features a threaded connector while the 2K option friction fits to square-tube applicator and mixing nozzles.Part of the 3M OEM Match family of tips and sealants that can help technicians quickly match OEM seams sealer beads.Built for single-use with no cleanup required
