With the DF-800BR Hot Stapler from Dent Fix Equipment you can now be assured of a strong, structural repair while still maintaining flexibility to allow for proper fitting of components and bumpers. The Hot Stapler fuses a staple by melting it into the plastic. This can be used in a stitch pattern to re-enforce a tear in the plastic . Torn tabs a no longer a problem as a repair can be made to re-create the original strength. Broken fittings on headlight assemblies or any plastic component can be made using one of the four types of staples included with the kit. The four types of stainless steel staple are “S” staple – for a stitch pattern or to work around round mounting holes “Z” staple – for a tighter stitch or for use on the edge with a limited amount of space “M” staple – for use on outside 90 degree edges “V” staple – for use on an inside 90 degree edges – Fast , strong repair – Retain flexibility in part for fitment – Saves costly parts – Ensure repair stays fixed – All in one unit – no separate control box – 5 year warranty”.
